Landlord Fees

We are a member of ARLA Propertymark, adhering to a strict code of conduct for the protection of both landlords and tenants. Arising from this, we are members of the Client Money Protection Scheme, meaning that your money is ring-fenced and fully insured, so that you will never lose it. We are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme which means that we adhere to a code of practice that promotes higher standards than those legally required for the letting industry.

All fees are charged monthly, so rent is paid from Month #1

Property Refurbishment or work over £2500 – arrangement fee 10% of net cost

Waiting at a property for deliveries or repair men £50 per hour subject to a 2 hour minimum

Insurance claims £50 per hour
